Keepers

Overview

At the conclusion of each season, teams will have the chance to select up to 3 Players as “Keepers” from their current roster. Players selected as Keepers will carry over to the Team’s Roster the following season.

Keeper Rules

  • Selecting Players:
    • No more than 3 Players may be selected as Keepers.
    • A team may choose to not select any Players as Keepers.
    • No more than 1 QB may be selected as a Keeper.
  • Due Date:
    • Keepers will lock 2 Weeks before the Draft.
  • Draft:
    • Players selected as Keepers will be drafted 2 Rounds ahead of where they were drafted in the previous season’s draft. Examples:
      • Player A drafted in the 5th Round in 2020, would count as a team’s 3rd Round Pick in 2021.
      • Player B drafted in the 1st Round in 2020, would count as the team’s 1st Round Pick in 2021.
  • If a Team with two or more players who were drafted in the same round in the previous season’s draft are selected as keepers, said player’s will have their Draft Round rounded up. Example:
    • Player A, B, & C were all Drafted in the 5th Round. One Player would be kept as a 3rd Round Pick, another in the 2nd Round, and the last in the 1st Round.
    • Team Owner(s) will have the ability to determine which players are kept in which round.
  • Undrafted players would act the same as keeping a player who was drafted in the last round of the previous season’s draft.

Format

Regular Season

  • Teams: 12
  • Weeks: 1-14
  • Matchups: Randomized post Draft

Playoffs

  • Teams: 8
  • Weeks: 15-17
  • Matchups: Before the start of the Playoffs, the top seed(s) will have the ability to select a playoff opponent for their first round matchup. The selecting team may choose from any team that has not yet been eliminated from the playoffs. Opponents must be selected by EOD Tuesday.

Trading

At the conclusion of the Super Bowl trading will be enabled. Players, and FAAB may be traded up to the Keeper deadline. Picks may be traded once Keepers have been set.

Draft Order

The Draft Order will be set once Keepers have been locked. Draft Order will be determined randomly by the Commissioner however they see fit.
