Week 8 Power Rankings

1. Jason
I'm keeping Jason in the top spot until he loses a game, which could be as soon as this week! Jason is currently a 160 point underdog to Andrew. That number should come down a bit once Jason adds a kicker, but this looks to be a great matchup that could determine the top seed.

2. Dave
Marlon Mack came out of nowhere to put up 299 points and swing Dave's matchup against Andrew. If Mack can stay healthy (he won't) Dave won't miss Devonta Freeman. I would look for this team to try and pull a classic 2 for 1 trade in the next week or two in preparation for a deep playoff run.

3. Andrew
Aa strong 9-2 All-Play record wasn't enough to earn Andrew a win in Week 7. Andrew still looks like a sure bet for the playoffs but concerns are starting to mount. Most noatable; the James Conner / LeVeon Bell situation continues to linger and the Cooper Kupp injury is concerning.

4. Cha
Winner of his last two, and three of four, Cha's team is finally living up to the pre-draft hype. A team with Todd Gurley and three good WRs should make the playoffs easily in this league, but Cha isn't without warts. QB play continues to be shaky at best and finding a consistent #2 RB has been a challenge.

5. Tim
Tim's remaining schedule looks very favorable, with only Andrew in Week 12 to play with a winning record. I like this team to make the playoffs and maybe even sneak into the top 4 if one of the teams above suffers a major injury. Loaded with WR depth I could see Tim make a trade for a solid #2 back.

6. Co-Boners
The Co Boners are such a mess not even Pat Mahomes can seem to save them. Draft busts (Chris Hogan), injuries (Fournette), and bad waiver adds (Quincy Enunwa) have Mitch and Jesse scrambling to fill out a roster this week. Check your trades!

7. Taylor
Taylor picked up a big win against the Co Boners last week. Mitch Trubisky has been putting up big fantasy numbers (note: he's been terrible in real games) and is currently the 8th ranked QB! Remaining matchups against Cha and Dave will make it difficult for Taylor to reach 7 wins.

8. Justin
Someone really should have taken Justin's playoff bet. Justin has managed to crack1000 points once the past 4 weeks, and I'm not sure that trend will change anytime soon. A bright spot has been the play of rookie Kerryon Johnson, who could become a fantasy star if the Lions would stop giving all the goal line carries to 90 year old LeGarrette Blount.

9. Mike
Mike's only healthy RB is Javorius Allen. With lots of (somewhat) viable RB options on the wire this week, I would look for Mike to drop some serious cash. Then again, this is Mike we are talking about so I would expect a bunch of $1 bids on guys that go for triple figures.

10. Ryan
This team has talent but just can't seem to catch a break. The Andrew Luck trade actually looks like a big win for Ryan, but finding a second QB continues to be a challenge. This team has enough talent (even without a second QB) to stay out of the basement.

11. Drew
Depending on the status of Blake Bortles (benched last week), Drew might not have a starting QB to play this week. Drew also rosters four Atlanta Falcons, who are on BYE this week. A Week 12 matchup against Eric could determine the league's Co-Owner.

12. Eric
Eric's team sucks and he's not paying attention. Whatever.
